By accessing and using the Maa Gayatri Solar Solutions (MGSS) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

MGSS provides solar energy solutions including consultation, design, installation, and maintenance services for residential and industrial solar power systems. All services are subject to technical feasibility and site assessment.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, equipment availability, and technical requirements discovered during installation.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

• An advance payment may be required to initiate the project
• Payment schedules will be mutually agreed upon before project commencement
• Final payment is due upon successful installation and commissioning
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes

5. Installation Process

The customer must provide safe and unrestricted access to the installation site during working hours. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in timeline adjustments.

Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, permit approvals, and equipment availability.

6. Warranty and Maintenance

Solar panels and equipment come with manufacturer warranties. MGSS provides installation warranty and post-installation support as specified in the service agreement. Warranty terms vary by product and will be clearly communicated before purchase.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about property and electrical systems
• Obtain necessary approvals from housing societies or authorities if applicable
• Ensure safe working conditions at the installation site
• Maintain the solar system as per provided guidelines

8. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refund terms will depend on the project stage at the time of cancellation. Advance payments for procured equipment may not be fully refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

MGSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
